Ann Ultrasonic Sensor is a mechanical vibration sensor; the frequency of the vibration is higher than acoustic waves. Compared with the acoustic wave, the ultrasonic wave has a shorter length, a smaller diffraction and a better directional characteristic. It can be used for the directional communication. Also ultrasound has great penetration skills in liquids, solids, especially opaque solids in the sun, which can be penetrated up to a depth of 10 meters. Ultrasonic Waves encountering impurity or sub-interface can generate reflex, so it can be widely used in industry, national defense, biomedical and so on.Our plant designed a special CNC machine for the aluminum housing and a laser adjustment machine to modulate the resonant frequency of the sensor.
